Herndon Office Sold for $110M
Griffin Realty Trust has sold the office building located at 13820 Sunrise Valley Drive to Vision Properties for $100M. Progress capital brokered a $60.5M acquisition loan from Société Générale Corp. for the transaction. The roughly 280,000-square-foot building is home to Amazon Web services and recently underwent a major renovation to customize the building for the web giant.
