Howard University Wins Approval for Admin Offices at 1901-1911 5th St.
The DC Zoning Board has approved Howard University's application to move their administrative offices to 1901-1911 5th St. NW from the C.B. Powell Building. This move will help to expedite the development and construction of that property for a new Stem and Health Sciences Complex which will include the preservation of the most important, center portion of the historic Freedman’s Hospital.
