HUD Funding Secured for Lynn Senior Housing Development
2Life Communities has announced that $1M in FY24 Housing & Urban Development funding has been secured to to help build the Village Center at Solimine House in Lynn. The project, scheduled to open in early 2027, will provide 150 affordable apartments for seniors on the site of the former Union Hospital in Lynn. A ground-floor Village Center will include flexible spaces for fitness and wellness activities, arts and culture programs, lifelong learning, communal dining, and community events.
