Hundreds of Units Planned for Bethesda Office Park Infill
NRP Group is planning to purchase a portion of property located within Bethesda's Democracy Center and the firm has filed a Sketch Plan for an infill multifamily development on the site. The +15.35 acres site currently features 3 triangular-shaped office buildings oriented around a central plaza with connected promenades and served by both surface and below-grade parking. The developer is planning a 7-story multifamily on the northern 5.97-acre portion of the property. The development would feature 393 dwelling units with 15% MPDUs, above-ground structured parking, private amenities, and a +1.30-acre urban recreational park fronting along Rockledge Drive.
