Industrial Development Planned in East Tampa
Developer Scannell Properties has plans for a new logistics center in East Tampa. 4Ward Logistics will be comprised of two buildings. Building 1 will offer 204,000 square feet of space with a 32’ clear height, 53 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors, 204 car parking spaces and 67 trailer parking spaces. Building 1 will offer 178,500 square feet of space with a 32’ clear height, 53 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors, 178 car parking spaces and 67 trailer parking spaces. The location along I-4 is convenient to I-75 and US 301.
