Interior Finish Work Underway for DC's New DGS HQ
Interior finish work is well underway for the new District of Columbia Department of General Services office building in Ward 7. The new building will feature 258,000 square feet of office space with ground-floor retail and is part of the larger Northeast Heights Town Center project. When complete the development will include approximately 1,350 apartment units, and 130,000 square feet of retail/restaurant/service use.
