Interior Finishing Continues for the Cascades of Frederick
Construction is coming along nicely at the Cascades of Frederick located at 360 Prospect Blvd in Frederick, MD. The project includes the construction of a 151-unit, 144,000 SF affordable senior living community. Building amenities include an exercise room, yoga/wellness room, a library with a coffee station, a gathering room, sitting areas, pub/lounge, bbq stations, fire pits, garden stations as well as a dog park and dog wash station. Walking paths will be located on the site as well. The project is scheduled for delivery in the Fall of this year.
