Keene Plaza Shopping Center Set to Undergo Renovations

Paradise is excited to announce that it will begin developing dynamic improvements to the Keene Plaza Shopping Center in Largo, FL.

The development plans include the demolition of approximately 35,500 SF of existing retail space at the northeast leg of the center to make room for two brand-new retailers. Sprouts Farmers Market and Badcock Home Furniture & More will be constructed in its place. Additionally, the balance of the shopping center will receive a face lift. Improvements to the site infrastructure are also planned, including parking lot, lighting, and driveway upgrades.

The Keene Plaza shopping center is located along a dense retail corridor in the heart of Pinellas County, at the signalized intersection of East Bay Drive and Keene Road in Largo, FL and features multiple points of access to the site. With high traffic-counts from nearby roadways, the Keene Plaza Shopping Center serves as a hub for all consumer retail needs.
