Land Cleared at Site of Apartment Community in Osprey, Florida
The land has been cleared, setting the stage for construction to move forward at Alton Osprey, a 252-unit upscale apartment project located in Osprey, FL. Kolter Multifamily, LLC, an affiliate of The Kolter Group, will construct the community. Nestled next to the prestigious master planned communities, the Oaks Club and Palmer Ranch, it enjoys a prime location just 11 miles south of downtown Sarasota and six miles south of the renowned Siesta Key. The project consists of three to five story buildings and a two-story clubhouse. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 740 to 1,492 square feet. Community amenities include a resort-style pool covered cabanas, outdoor fireside lounge, BBQ grills, business center, conference room, coworking space, game room, and fitness center.
