Land Cleared at Site of Apartment Community in Riverview
The land has been cleared and the groundbreaking is approaching at a new apartment community in Riverview, Florida. The Whitt Apartments, a planned multifamily community, will add 211 living units. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will range in size from 650 to 1,262 square feet. The apartments will be contained in three four-story buildings. Community amenities will include a pool, courtyard, clubhouse with fitness center, game room, coworking space and a pet wash. The 12.35-acre site is located along Big Bend Road close to I-75.
