Leasing Underway on Speculative Wrentham Warehouse
has begun leasing activity on 404 Green Street in Wrentham as construction launches on the speculative industrial warehouse.
The SF Class A high-bay warehouse will be located on a nearly 40-acre site just off Interstate 495 in Wrentham. In addition to 32 foot clear heights, the facility will feature 35 dock doors with vision panels, mechanical levelers, dock seals and dock lights, 33 trailer parking spaces, 60 foot speed bays, 130 foot truck court and 113 car parking spaces. Energy efficient systems include LED sensor lighting, ESFR sprinklers and 16 clearstory windows above truck doors in lieu of skylights.
