Leidos Renews Lease at Park Plaza
Monday Properties has announced that Leidos has renewed its 25,000 SF lease at Park Plaza, the Class A office complex in Rockville, MD. Pete Briskman and Kyle Corsini from JLL represented the tenant in the transaction with Benjamin Powell and (Fraker) Dominguez from Cushman & Wakefield acting as landlord representatives. John Wharton from Monday Properties facilitated the deal.
