London Bay Acquires Land in Fort Myers Beach for $38.2 Million
London Bay has purchased land in Fort Myers Beach for $38.2 million. The 5.5-acre land parcel in Fort Myers Beach is the former site of Outrigger Beach Resort and Charley's Boathouse Grill. The land will be redeveloped, possibly with a hotel/condominium and restaurant.
