Lupoli Companies Acquires Downtown Haverhill Property, Part of $160M Mixed-Use Development Site
Lupoli Companies has acquired the Pentucket Bank property at 1 Merrimack Street in Haverhill for $3,000,000. The property is part of the larger downtown site on which Lupoli is planning a mixed-use project to include 370 apartments, a 660-space parking garage, and 51,000 square feet of mixed-use retail, restaurant, and community space. The Pentucket Bank building will be demolished and replaced with a new bank designed to fit into the redesign of the new development. Construction of the parking garage is expected to begin this fall.
