Luxury Apartment Project Tops out in Journal Square
General contractor, , has topped out a 13-story residential building, located at 345 Baldwin Avenue in Jersey City's Journal Square neighborhood. Developed by , it will contain luxury apartments. The structure was designed by and is set to total square feet.
Tenant amenities are to include a landscaped rooftop, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a conference room, residential lounges, and a bike storage area. Plans also call for square feet of retail space and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. 345 Baldwin is expected to finish this fall.
