Luxury Storage Facility Planned in Fort Myers
Plans have been approved for a luxury storage facility for boats, cars and other large items in Fort Myers. Sanibel Toy Box, a 55,000-square foot facility, will offer 44 storage units ranging from 1,100 to 1,500 square feet. The facility will be built 12 feet above ground level to prevent storm damage. Groundbreaking for the facility, located across the street from the Sanibel Outlets mall, is expected in early 2023 with completion in early 2024.
