Luxury Upper East Side Residential Tower Trades for $250M

An 18-story, luxury residential tower, located at 1289 Lexington Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side has just traded hands for $250 million. Known as, "The Hayworth", it was purchased by from the previous owner, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

The building contains condo units, available in two to five-bedroom configurations. It also boasts square feet of retail on the bottom two floors. This consists of an Old Navy store and a Chase Bank location.

The building also offers several tenant amenities, such as a fitness center, a roof terrace, a residential lounge, a health club, a children's playroom, and bike storage. Recently completed in 2019, The Hayworth stands feet tall and totals square feet.
