LV Collective Planning 1st Student Living Project in MD
LV Collective is planning a mixed-use student housing project along Baltimore Ave. in the Lakeland neighborhood of College Park. The property is set to include 13,000 square feet of retail space plus 299 student housing units. The project will also feature a community center developed in collaboration with the Lakeland Civic Association and the Lakeland Community Heritage Project. The development team expects to complete the project in the Fall of 2027.
