Maggiore Companies Closes on $22M in Financing for Arlington Condo Project
Maggiore Companies has closed on a $22,430,250 mortgage from Bank of New England for their condo project at 1025 Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington. The mixed-use development will feature 50 luxury condominiums and 1,700 square feet of retail. The complex will overlook the historic Mill Brook, where seven mills once operated, including the nearby Old Schwamb Mill, the oldest continuously operating mill site in the United States. Majestic Mill Brook will be comprised of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, with 25% of the units designated as affordable for households earning at or below 80 percent of AMI.
