Manhattan Multifamily Portfolio purchased for $190M

A collection of multifamily properties has just been acquired by real estate operating company, HUBB NYC for $190 million. HUBB purchased the portfolio from AIR Communities, which consists of 11-buildings spread across Manhattan's Upper West and Upper East Sides. The buildings contain a combined 361 residential units, and total 209,100 square feet. Prior to this acquisition, AIMCO, a real estate investment trust that formed into AIR Communities, had maintained ownership of the portfolio since 2007. At that time, it purchased the properties for just $30 million.
