Park Slope Rental Building Offloaded for $40M

A 13-story mixed-use building, located at 223 4th Avenue in Brooklyn's Park Slope neighborhood has just been sold for $40 million. It was acquired by Hubb NYC from the developer and previous owner, Greystone, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

Built relatively recently in 2018, the building is branded as "No. 223". It contains rental apartments, as well as square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor. Units are available in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations.

The property also offers a few tenant amenities such as a resident lounge, a catering kitchen, a bicycle storage area, and an outdoor terrace, with expansive views of the Manhattan skyline.

223 4th Avenue stands feet tall and totals square feet. It sits directly above the Union Street subway station, and right next to the Brooklyn Lyceum building, a landmarked structure that has had its interior converted for use as a Blink Fitness gym.
