South Williamsburg Rental Building Sells for $76.78M
A 7-story, mixed-use building, located at 150 Union Avenue in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has just been sold for $76.78 million. The structure was purchased by Hubb NYC from the previous owner and developer, Adam America Real Estate Group, in a deal brokered by JLL.
Constructed fairly recently in 2018, the building contains rental apartments and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Tenant amenities include a fitness center, a lounge, a roof deck with BBQ stations, and a community recreation facility. The building also features an enclosed, 36-car parking garage, with 12 additional outdoor spots, located in the courtyard.
