Marcus & Millichap Arrange $31M in Financing for Acquisition of Fairfax Development Site
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation has arranged $31M in acquisition financing for the purchase of City Centre West, a development site located at 10501-10523 Main Street, and an office asset located at 4031 University Drive in Fairfax. Plans for the 1.78-acre site call for over 200,000 square feet of luxury condos along with 49,000 square feet of commercial condominium space. Construction is expected to begin in the first half of 2024.
