Mass Timber Hotel Planned Along Greenway
A new iteration of plans for a hotel development at 88 North Washington Street have emerged. Now dubbed, the NOWA Hotel, plans call for an 8-story boutique hotel to feature 42 rooms. With a strong commitment to sustainability, the hotel will combine a mass timber CLT honeycomb structure with passive design principles to create one of the most sustainable hotels in New England.
