Master Plan Approved for Watertown Mall Transformation
The Watertown Planning Board has approved the Master Plan for the transformation of the Watertown Mall. The project will include 88 residential units along with over 200,00 square feet of retail space and roughly 681,000 square feet of office/lab development. The mixed-use campus will also feature 8.79 acres of publicly accessible open space and enhanced neighborhood amenities. Next up ARE will need to gain additional approvals for each individual building within the project.
