Mechanical Equipment Installed as Work Begins Wrapping Up on 101 South Street
A 550-ton-capacity crane was used to hoist the remaining mechanical equipment onto the penthouse of 101 South Street in Cambridge. Part of the larger Boynton Yards project, Leggat McCall Properties (LMP), in joint venture with DLJ, is wrapping up construction on a new Class-A, speculative lab building in the Boynton Yards industrial area of Somerville, MA.
