Medford Senior Housing Property Acquired for $83.5M
The Schochet Companies and Jonathan Rose Companies have acquired Riverside Towers for $83.5 million. The 200-unit apartment property which offers 1 & 2 bedrooms units designated for elderly and disabled residents was originally constructed in 1979. The Schochet Companies, which was also a partner in the previous ownership team, has been the management agent for the property since 2007, and will continue in that role.
