Merrimack College Planning 2 Building Dorm/Academic Project
Merrimack College with development partner Greystar has submitted plans for a 2 building development on a roughly 4 acre portion of the campus. The project would feature two, 4-story buildings to include 540 student beds along with 10,800 square feet of academic space. The existing site is predominantly lawn with a one-way campus site drive. At the center of the site is a statue of Christ the Teacher, with connecting walkways. Plans include improvements to the existing Medina Drive and enhancement of the pedestrian and view corridors between Route 114 and the Collegiate Church of Christ the Teacher.
