Mill Creek Files Plans for 240-Unit Allston Multifamily
Mill Creek Residential has filed plans for the proposed redevelopment of a 1.82-acre site at 250 Everett Street in Allston/Brighton. The project will transform an underutilized parcel that currently includes a vacant building, surface parking, and a material storage area surrounded by untended overgrowth, into a new residential community and an improved streetscape with a mix of landscaping and open spaces. Plans call for 240 rental units in a 6-story building. The building will contain a variety of programming to support residential use, including a bike storage room, leasing and conference space, indoor and outdoor resident lounge, fitness and wellness spaces, as well as top-floor indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
