Mission Hill Hospitality Acquires Two Clearwater Beach Hotels for $113.7M
Denver-based Mission Hill Hospitality, a real estate investment, development and management firm specializing in hospitality, has acquired two hotels in Clearwater Beach, Florida for $113M. The two hotels, acquired in separate transactions, are the newly constructed 144-key AC Hotel by Marriott Clearwater Beach, which opened in June 2022 and the 139-key Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach which opened in 2021. According to Pinellas County Records, an LLC affiliated with Mission Hill Hospitality acquired the Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach for $55.4M and another LLC affiliated with Mission Hill acquired AC Hotel by Marriott Clearwater Beach for $58.3M.
