Mixed-Use Development in Pompano Beach Gains Approval
Plans for Old Town Square II, a proposed two building development to feature 319 units total and 3,400 square feet of retail space, have been approved. One building will rise to 10 stories and will include 229 residential units, the second building will be six stories and include 90 units. The two buildings would be connected by a pedestrian bridge. Community amenities will include a pool on the sixth floor, a movie room, and pet park. Completion is expected in 2026.
