Mixed-Use Development Planned in Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale-based developer Urbanco Co. has submitted plans for a new mixed-use project in the Lake Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. De Parc, a 14-story building, will include 274 market rate and affordable housing multifamily units, along with 5,235 square feet of ground level retail space. The residential units will be a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. A four-story parking garage will provide 369 parking spaces and the development includes a fifth-floor amenity deck. The existing building, which has been a Hertz rental car facility, will be demolished.
