Mixed-Use Development Proposed in Miami
Plans have been filed for review for a new mixed-use development in Miami. The new development would provide 4,276 multifamily units, 121 live/work units along with a 312-key hotel and 293,043 square feet of retail space and would include 5,219 parking spaces. The plan is highlighted by “Signature Towers” rising as tall as 50 stories. The 11.8-acre site near El Portal is currently a mobile home park, the plan states the residents would be relocated into the new development. A new Soar Park would be incorporated into the new development.
