Permits have just been filed for a 17-story, mixed-use development at 3880 Ninth Avenue in Manhattan's Inwood neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing gas station would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
