Plans are under review for a 3-story mixed-use project to replace a strip mall at 89-97 Washington Street in Weymouth. The new development would include two, 1,000 square feet commercial spaces along with 20 residential units. Plans also include parking for 38 vehicles along with a fitness center and community room.
