Mixed-Use Redevelopment Planned for 10 Malcolm X Boulevard
A Letter of Intent has been filed for the redevelopment of a 1.65-acre site at 10 Malcolm X Boulevard in Roxbury. The site is currently home to a roughly 37,000-square-foot office building that will be renovated as part of the project. Two new buildings will also be constructed to include a 4-story residential building with 25 units and a 6-story mixed-use building with 115 residential units and ground floor retail or community space.
