Multifamily Project Approved to Replace Salvation Army HQ
The DC Zoning Board has approved plans for a multifamily project at 2626 Pennsylvania Ave. NW to replace the former Salvation Army HQ. The new building will feature 32 condos, a mix of 1 through 3 bedrooms. The development team acquired the property in January of this year for $17,000,000.
