Nearly 50 Units Planned for Dorchester Site
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of 257 Washington Street in Dorchester, a 25,000-square-foot site, currently occupied by a junkyard and auto body shop. This proposal will revitalize the site with a new mixed-use development consisting of 48 residential units and a 1,300-square-foot ground-floor retail space. Plans also include several common amenities on the fourth level of the building including a common deck in the front of the building, a fitness center, and a lounge.
