New Bedford & E3 Development Break Ground on Mixed-Income Project
The City of New Bedford and E3 Development have officially broken ground on the redevelopment of 117 Union Street in downtown New Bedford. The upcoming 45-unit project will offer a number of unique floor plans studios, one, two, and three bedrooms at a range of affordability levels. The community will also offer on-site laundry, a community room, and on-site management.
