New Designs Released for Mildred Hailey Apartments
The BPDA is currently reviewing plans for new development at the Mildred Hailey Apartments. Plans call for a 1:1 replacement of 253 deeply affordable apartments with additional new affordable units, as well as the creation of 270 market rate units. Renderings released show the scale of the project.
In all, the project will have a total of 690 units across 7 buildings and will be built across a period of nearly 10 years in stages to ensure current tenants have a transition period.
