New Details Revealed for Lakeforest Mall Redevelopment
WRS Inc. Real Estate Investments has submitted a Schematic Development Plan application for the redevelopment of the 100-acre Lakeforest Mall Property. The Mayor & City Council approved rezoning and sketch plans for the site in April 2023. The project would include 1,600 residential units, 750,000 square feet of employment uses, 250,000 square feet of large format retail, and 220,000 square feet of commercial uses.
