New Loft Style Apartment Community Planned in Fort Myers
A developer has plans for a loft style apartment tower that will rise in downtown Fort Myers. Vantage Lofts, a 16-story loft style apartment development, will provide 217 loft apartments along with 5,000 square feet of retail space and a four-story parking garage with 300 parking spaces. The development, located in downtown Fort Myers across from the Caloosahatchee River Waterfront, will span across four parcels of land currently occupied by two older commercial buildings, a parking lot and vacant land. The buildings will be demolished prior to the start of construction. Construction is anticipated to start in July 2023 with completion set for July 2025.
