New Mixed-Use Development Planned for Channel District
Tampa developer KD Keller, in partnership with Atlanta-based ECI Group, has plans for a new mixed-use development in Tampa’s Channel District. Parc Madison will add 351 Class A apartments along with 5,500 square feet of retail space. The new development will rise on the site of a former petroleum storage facility. The nine-story building, adjacent to Madison Street Park, is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2023.
