New Mixed-Use Tower Proposed in Miami Worldcenter
Plans have been filed for a new 53-story mixed-use tower, Block C, East of Miami Worldcenter, that will include a 280-key hotel, along with 351 luxury condominiums. The proposal will go before Miami’s Urban Design Review Board on March 20, 2024. In addition, the development will include 3,500 square feet of retail space and a two-story, 8,000-square foot restaurant. The first two levels will contain the retail space and restaurant. The ascending floors will be dedicated to parking garage space, leading to hotel meeting room space. The 10th floor deck includes a pool exclusively for residents. The 25th level will include the hotel pool deck, along with a bar, lounge and mezzanine area with views of the Miami skyline.
