New Office Building Proposed in Miami Beach
Developer Sumaida + Khurana, in partnership with Weiss Properties, has plans for a five-story Class A office building on the corner of 5th Street and Alton Road in Miami Beach. The project will go before the Miami Beach Planning Board on April 25, 2024. The location is at the gateway to Miami Beach, just across the McArthur Causeway from the Port of Miami. Construction is expected to start in 2025 with completion in 2026.
