New Renderings Revealed for Potomac River Generating Site
Hilco Redevelopment Partners has released new renderings for blocks A, B & C within the Potomac Generating Station Site. Block A is set to feature a 65,000-square-foot arts and cultural center with retail and office uses while Block B would include two residential buildings, the tallest at 17 stories. Block C would also feature a 17-story project to include condos with ground-floor retail space.
