New Renderings Unveiled for HUB Miami

 

 

A new set of renderings have been revealed for HUB Miami, formerly Miami Station, a mixed-use development in Miami. The new renderings reveal a change in the façade from the original design. The 41-story tower will consist of 727,726 square feet of space and will include 306 condominium units, 245,000 square feet of Class A office space, over 7,000 square feet of retail space and a 6-story parking garage in the podium. The residences, which begin on the 22nd floor, will be available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Residential amenities include a resort-style pool, sky lounge, fitness center, spa, residential lounge and work from home spaces. The office spaces will range from 18,000 to 32,000 square feet. Office amenities include a fitness center, tenant lounge and conference center. Demolition is slated before the end of 2023 with construction beginning in 2024.
