Newton Corner Multifamily Sold for $4.3M
Kinvarra Capital has acquired the multifamily property at 65 Jefferson St. in Newton for $4,300,000. The 6-unit townhouse property is minutes from Newton Corner and sits on a 15,000-square-foot site. The property last traded for $3,330,000.00 in May of 2018. Ryan Wittig of Kinvarra Capital tells BLDUP the firm plans to operate the building as a rental property, upgrading and renovating the units over time.
