NoMaCNTR Tops Out
Last Friday, The John Moriarty team celebrated the topping out of NoMaCNTR in DC. This achievement is the culmination of placement of nearly 40,000 cubic yards of concrete and 3,500 tons of reinforcement across 800,000+ square feet of floor area. The mixed-use development will include 500 apartments, 40,000 square feet of retail, and a 235 room hotel. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2022.
