Office to Hotel Conversion Proposed for Georgetown Property
Douglas Development has filed plans to convert a portion of the existing property at 2175 M St. NW from office to hotel uses. The existing building contains approximately 21,000 gross square feet of office and retail use plus eight apartments on the second floor. Plans call for the conversion of the commercial uses into 52 lodging uses. The residential uses will remain.
